Kuna Indians in San Blas Panama

This is a picture of one of the Indian villages we visited during our volunteering trip to Panama.

These islands are located in the Atlantic side of Panama in the San Blas Archipelago.  The Kuna indians live there and are quite charming.

Our deep gratitude goes to the people at SanBlasVacations.com for donating our room and board at San Blas Panama. Not only did they give us lodging but they took the time to show the beauty of the area’s beaches and islands.

My gratitude towards the folks at Perfect Smile

During my visit in Panama, I had the misfortune of having a traffic accident that resulted in my loosing of a couple of my teeth.

The experience was most stressful as you all can imagine. I was happy to find a team of people who helped my through this ordeal.

I can honestly say the folks at PanamaDentalCenter.com have the best Dentist in Panama and a wonderful and warm team.

I recommend them to anyone visiting Panama.

Thanks Guys!

The famous Panama Canal

It was quite interesting to visit the Panama Canal museum and Miraflores Locks.  On our way out we drove to the Gamboa area and passed the

Pedro Miguel Canal Locks. Below is a picture we took there.

Our Day Off at the Beach

This beach is located about 45 minutes from Panama city in the republic of Panama. Believe it or not, this picture was taken on a Saturday.

Most of the coastline is like this, like having your own private beach!

My volunteering trip to Panama

Recently I had the chance to do some volunteer work in Panama and in the trip had the opportunity to visit some wonderful places.

This is a picture of Cerro Campana, a National Park I had the chance to visit one of my weekends there.
